*General Service includes the following with a Service Contract: Hard drive defrag, help using your computer, email set up, The hourly rate is reduced to $30.00 per hour, and the first 2 hours per month are free.
**The price of the service contract is $125.00 per month with a minimum of 3 months, due up front. The trip charge of $45.00 still applies, but is reduced to $25.00 for each trip made to the location and is due upon arrival. The service contract includes the above General Services, plus: current year virus protection, an initial scan for threats on the location computer, free diagnostics of the location computer for any issues, and free tech support within business hours.
